Not sure why but I just called FBI a minute back and spoke to Pam and she confirmed that they are processing April 10th and opening packages received on April 12th.
Looks like progress is slowing down... might take more than 10 weeks: (Lot of ITA's in first 3 weeks of April)
May 30th call - FBI was processing March 28th.
June 13th call - FBI was processing April 5th.
June 19th call - FBI was processing April 10th.
May 30th call - FBI was processing March 28th.
June 13th call - FBI was processing April 5th.
June 19th call - FBI was processing April 10th.
Persons are calling the FBI so much that they are probably becoming irritated and will decide to go at their own pace now.

We have a deadline to submit PR application on August 3rd but my wife's application won't be processed until around July 25, according to the current pace. I intend to write an email asking FBI about the status of their progress and use any reply as a proof that things are out of control if I can't get my wife's result in time. Any idea how responsive this FBI agency is? Thanks.

Just spoke to FBI Cust Care, They are completing packages from April 14th, and opening packages from April 17th.
My package was delivered on April 24th and I have a deadline to submit all my documents by July 18th, Not sure If I am going to get it by then.

Thanks for update. My package was delivered on 17th April. Will update if my cc gets charged today.
Thanks for the update. The independance day is next Tuesday. But a lot of entities will take the preceding Monday off as well. May see a delay.
