FBI PCC

Hello Friends and seniors,

I needs your advice very badly. I applied for FBI PCC with my wife to FBI and mine was done but my wife was rejected due to low quality fingerprints. Again we tried to take her fingerprints from private law enforcement agency and Police department with various techniques and methods but her fingerprints are not coming as per expectations which would again result in her FBI PCC rejection.

Please suggest what is the alternate if fingerprints of a person are unprintable then what to do?????

Send a LOE or CSE to CIC providing all evidence that you tried your best to get a US PCC. A letter from a fingerprint expert or doctor for failure to obtain good prints. If possible get a state PCC. This could be an option.

If you are not able to get a police certificate from a country because you are a refugee from that country or for any other reason, please explain the reasons in writing.

But State PCC will only be submitted only when CIC will give us a option after submitting all these documents with LOE to CIC.
Please correct me if i am wrong.

b. You can call them a day or two after CC is charged.

I dnt thnk.thy ll.put evrythng on hold.
But bg chk wil b on hold til u submit ur pcc.
For us, v got our rprf request on june 7th 2016..i.e evn before v received out fbi pcc
