Hi All I received my FBI report on last Saturday.

App reached to FBI: 29th January, 2016
Credit Card Charged: 20th April, 2016
Report mailed by FBI: 23rd April, 2016
Report received (India Address): 7th May, 2016

Card charged on 7th May 2016.
Fingerprints were fine and report dispatched today (9th May 2016)

Hi Jairichi - how did you know when the dispatched it? Do they provide a notification / email?

Also has anyone tried requesting them for a scanned copy of the report? I am planning to do that as there would be a gap between the day its sent and when I get it through USPS and my local postal service. Would they reject such a request?

When I called them today I asked whether my fingerprints were fine and when report is being dispatched. They answered yes the fingerprints were good and report was dispatched today morning.
Unfortunately no such request will be entertained. What would be the issue with the gap?

No. You need to call them to know that. Call them tomorrow or day after.

Phew, my card was charged today in the wee hours...
Yeah its already 8pm there now... gotta call them late(r) today to know if the prints went through...

Doyer, if the card is charged the prints should be OK. Back in February they only charged $18 for my husband's report. A few days later I was told my fingerprints were rejected and that was the reason we got a single payment processing.

This is untrue. My prints were rejected in March and my card was still charged.
The card is charged no matter what. The $18 fee is a processing fee, not an acceptance fee- and your fingerprints are processed, even if they are rejected.

^This. Happened twice to me so can confirm 2x times if need be.
