Yes it is, called FBI customer service team and get to know the date of the application processing, looks like they are really speeding up the processing time.

Whoa.... mine was delivered on 19th.... All fingers crossed...
Any one whose app was delivered on or after 10th Feb and card was also charged kindly please confirm... just to know whats the usual difference in dates between these events...
