Hi Aeropostale. How much time it took FBI to reply to your email regarding the status of your application? I just wanted to understand the time frame to enable me to decide which date I should send the email to them. Kindly let me know.

How will I know that they actually processed and accepted my address change request ?

They doacknowledge the receipt of the address change form..

Download the address change request form from the FBI portal... Fill it.. Sign it... Scan it.. And mail it to liaison@leo.gov... Call them after 48 hrs to confirm if they have updated the delivery address in their system...

Delivered: 24th Sept
CC charged: 15th Jan
Mailed: 19th Jan
Report received: 25th Jan. (On a US address)

I have been calling FBI these days and found interesting things over there.

Every time I called I got different answers from them.

So far I got three answers regarding my report dispatch day: Yesterday (1/25), tomorrow(1/27) and will be sent out within 6 days.

I am really interested in their updated system and how they work.

If the finger prints get rejected for any reason. Do you have to start the process again from week 1? Or do they give you another opportunity to submit the finger prints straight away?

Really not sure why they still don't let us use a channeler, would be so much quicker!

My finger prints got delivered by DHL yesterday . Dont know y DHL is showing service area as Columbus WEST instead of clarksburg.

It was delivered to EARL FORE .How can i verify it was delivered at correct address.

Hey don't worry... I had sent through DHL too On September 3rd 2014.. on tracking it showed Columbus West. But I checked with FBI after 90 days from application by calling the customer service and they said that they have received the application.
I have received my FBI PCC first week of December 2014

Finally after a 4 months wait.. they processed my request.. now i gotta wait for it to arrive. This is taking forever.

FBI Received Request: 2nd Oct 2015
Credit Card Charged: 25th Jan 2016
Report to be sent on: 28th Jan 2016
