Are you sure about the date? My arrived on Sep/25/2015, but my credit card has not been charged yet. How comes?

Apparently, they told me (on 13th) that they are processing for 28th Sep, but they could not give me an update on my file which was delivered on 24th.They asked me to check again after a couple of days, to give time for Database to be updated.
Not sure what's going on.
Also, my CC dint get charged yet.

If anyone whose file was delivered between 20-27 (Sept) happens to call them, please update.

My package was received on 25th sep. My credit card was not charged either. I just called and they said they are opening 28th. They asked me to call back on Monday. I got upset right now.

You're lucky! Ours was also received on the 28th but they haven't started processing it yet.. no CC charges.

I am guessing if your application was received on the 25th and your card hasn't been charged yet it is probably because either it's sitting on someone's desk who is slower than the other people at the FBI processing applications OR they were unable to charge your card for some reason and you're outta luck. Either way you'll just have to wait and call back next week... I'm in the same situation and it sucks..

I am using an American credit card and just purchased something online. I have a copy of my application and everything is fine. Hope they did not lost my package.

Anyone from 22nd Sep got their FBI PCC yet? How long does it take via USPS...I think it should be 2 to 7 days....
This wait is super frustrating!

Question. Does FBI charges the credit card when they are opening the package or charge the fee when they are processing the case? I know there are several days gap between opening and processing.
