Hi All,

Thanks for the positive response from seniors ... I send my package yesterday on 11th Sep,2015. I got the fingerprints from Police Forensic Laboratory for free and they were quite experts in taking fingerprints. I only manage to get one copy cuz technician say FBI will accept the this fingerprint and no need for of second copy. I attach covering letter explaning the reason for the report, application form, credit card form , my new and old passport bio page along with US Visa and I-20. I request them to send my report to my friend address in US.

DID i miss any thing and how long it will take them to process.

I think your good to go though we are advised in this forum anout credit card.so since you are using CC just keep it safe and be sure you wrote d number correctly

I had sent my fingerprints, form and other details on 10th July and it was delivered on 15th July.Credit card not yet charged. Any idea when my card will be charged and when they will start processing my application ??

By now they should have processed your report; why not call FBI to find out if there is a problem along the way.

To the glory of almighty Jehovah, find below our processing timeline:

Application sent within the US with a money order: 17th of June 2015
Received same day: 17th June 2015
Application processed and received: 11th of September 2015
Finger print was done by my husband himself with a ink pad as suggested here; although he sent about 4 finger prints with his application.

WHY FBI is taking so much time to process ... no other country require the fingerprints. Just a application form and fee.
Does CIC/ LVO known the situation and will provide adequate time to process the PCC. IF one received MR and FBI PCC request.

My application reached FBI on June 22 and it went under processing on September 9 and till now it is under processing. I have called them and they have told me that the application is still under processing. They dont give me any update on whether fingerprints were accepted or rejected. Has anyone experienced this delay in the processing of the application ? Right now, they are processing June 26 applications.

I have ran into a bit of a rough situation with FBI PCC

I sent in my application for FBI Identity Summary request on June 16, 2015 and it was delivered to FBI office on June 22, 2015. My Credit card was charged on Sep 1, 2015.

Since, August 9, 2015 the application has been under processing. I have called FBI and they don't know as to why it is taking so long. No information about whether fingerprint have been accepted or not .

Has anyone faced a similar situation ? What steps can I take ? I have already mailed FBI customer service and called them.

I called them today they said they have opened 6th july application my application reached on 13th july, i am expecting they will open most probably next week ...she told me you need to call later we don't have any information about you application at the moment .....

Try to call tomorrow again and see what happens. May be that agent could not pull the record at that time.

FBI processes June 26th. He/She sent it on 15th July.

This looks new as some other candidate too complaining about it. Try tomorrow with some other agent might get some more detail. Thinking that they missed some batch to place it in the correct queue/order.
As they have charged your card, its certain now that it will get your report out in 2 weeks max. So try after few days to check the status which you would get.

CIC gives adequate time for PCC but remember that your visa will expire 1yr after your medical or expiration date of your/family member international passport.or you will have to repeat medical after 1yr

In case anyones following, I received my FBI report on Sep 14, 2015. My submission reached them on June 18, 2015. Even though my credit card was denied and I had sent a new one (they didn't ask, I knew my card was compromised/blocked and I pro actively sent them a new one), there was no delay. As for fingerprints, I had them taken electronically by a local US police station.
