Processing 11TH May
Opening 13TH May

Where do you check for the above?
The guys who post the processing dates call fbi and get the detail from customer service. Their number is 304-625-5590.

Hi Guys,

I got my ITA 30 days ago. FBI received my application on July 23rd. It is going to take 12 to 14 weeks to get my application back. i.e Around November 1st week.
My ITA will expire at the end of this month i.e around August 27th.

So, even if I submit my application on August 27th. I would still need around 60 to 75 days of extension. This too only if my fingerprints are acceptable. Otherwise it will take even longer.

My question is this. What is the typical length of extension given by CIC. I see reports of 30 days extension and this simply won't work.

Do I then file multiple extensions? Does CIC really wait till the FBI reports come even if it takes like 3 to 4 months?

Experts! please weigh in.

I have applied on 11 May 2015. Frustration is killing me... I don't know when will I get my Pcc... I send an email to fbi on Thursday I haven't got any response yet....

Hi everyone,

I'm going to request another IHS because mine is now 3 months old. I will be sending a fingerprint card/fingerprints from January '15. I checked the website and didn't see anything about the card/prints having to be recent. Will this card work?

Good day all,

Please how can I apply for state pcc as the FBI PCC is not coming in time; e.g. Texas state?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Not sure about turnaround time for email response but you can call and ask if your prints got accepted. They tell over phone when they post the reports too.
As they processed your fingerprint cards on Thursday, you should be able to know today on the prints and mail date.

Reena, it's best that you call FBI. The last few times when I e-mailed regarding PCC, I received generic replies that it was accepted and the processing time took 12 - 14 weeks.

That 3rd party verification option is only valid for US citizens or Green Card holders.

In case of emergency you can take help of US based agents (google it and you will find them) they can get you the PCC within 10 days.

Hi to all, Today I finally received a response for Mexico VO, regarding my request for an extension to send the FBI report. They only gave me 30 additional days which is not very helpful since I dont even know if my fingerprints will be accepted. Is anyone on this same situation?

I am feeling very frustrated because if my fingerprints are not approved, I would need more time. Today I called FBI and they are opening May 19. :(

Wish me luck.

Hi guys

I remember i submitted a request for PCC from FBI for my wife in January and received the report sometimes in April.
neither i contacted them nor i did any follow ups as i know these people are well organized.

Just be patient ;)

Hi Elizasalaz,

My husband and I are actually in the same situation. In June 10, we received the email requesting medical exams, and certificate police from our country and for my husband the FBI certificate as well. We sent the FBI request the next day and we are also hopping to get the results within the 3 months they gave us but right now seems impossible. Yesterday, I received the answer to my "what if" question, and they told they can only extend the time if I send a request a few days before the due date. So, right now we're filling ourselves with patience and praying for my husband fingerprints to pass through the verification process and they don't reject them. I think I'll request more time 10 days before our due date. So, for now waittttt.... :-X ... and thought they gave you only 30 days I think you would be able to extend it again, don't you think?

Luck for all..

My report was dispatched on Thursday and received on Monday in Phoenix. I think it should take similar time 4-5 postal days. Last time for one person in this forum it took a week i guess.
