I have seen it before also with couple of applications ..
Best thing to do is apply for your husbands FBI report ASAP and also write a email to the concerned VO explaining that ur husband has not lived in U.S. For a period of 6 months hence would request you to reconsider submission of PCC for him from the U.S. ..they will wave it off I am sure ..

Thank you for the suggestion , i will do that this week ,

They have given me 90 days , so i can complete the MR once i get my FBI report .It might reach me in next month mid ,, applied in March.
The reason am asking to delay my MR, coz the visa is valid for 11 months from the date of Medical .

Kindly suggest.

Hi friends,
What is the validity of FBI PCC. I got my PCC in March and might get medicals in June,so wondering if it will be still valid then.

Hello
Today I received the MR and the police certificates request. My partner was asked to send the FBI report but we only have 90 days to send all the documents. would be ok to ask to the visa office for more time since the FBI report process could last up to 14 weeks? Has anyone had the same trouble?
Please give me an advice to what to say.

Thanks!

It is common to ask for an extension, generally they give another 60 days to comply, it is good idea to ask for the extension around 15 days before your deadline, in this way you will have more time.

P.S join us at the Mexico office forum, we have a very supporting group and a very useful chart with our timelines.
