Sorry for the misinterpretation of statuses.

Do you think NDVO will reconsider? My moral has gone down and it feels that I am really worried now.
My friend is in the same situation. I think all visa office is now guarding their decision for until April. In my friend case is 10th Apr and his spouse FBI request sent on 16 December. I don't know why they come up for that but it is pretty weird. My friend had sent the 3rd request for extension and fwd the response from FBI that they could not able to expedite for my friend case.In my last post, my friend even received a term in his email from Singapore visa office is final reminder. Will they waive it or come ups with another decision?????

My friend called them today and they said 16 Dec is under processing and the earliest result is this weekend. All the best for both of us.

Really discouraging regarding the FBI PCC. This is the only thing that is a blocker for many of us here. I wish CIC understand this and give people either "unlimited extension" or "waiver". All of us have clean chits in our own countries and other countries where we stayed. Based on that CIC can give waiver? Has anybody got it like that?

+1 for your wishful thinking :D

Here's my FBI PCC timeline:

Fingerprints received: December 8, 2014
Search Completed: March 16, 2015
Report Received: March 23, 2015

Although, luckily, CPC did not ask for an FBI PCC from me when I got my med exam request back in January.

Did you get the report in the US or in Canada?

@ nskatcv: I checked with my local PD. They do not have the electronic version as the state is moving towards a centralized vendor for providing FP services. When I contacted the vendor, they said that they will only work on state PCC for me as I am not a citizen of the US. :'(

I wonder if I can print the FD-249 form on a regular A4 paper and send it to the FBI by taking additional prints myself. Sending multiple prints in an application will not help as FBI does not run all the prints in the set. They pick one, and if it fails, they stop the process.

This is by far the most frustrating part of the whole PR process till now.

Hi FSW_Applicant,

The town/city PD might not have it, but the state's central Troop might. Although may be different situation pan US.

I don't think FBI will stop after looking at only one of the prints. They themselves have asked for multiple prints (in one of the email exchanges with me after first rejection). You can definitely take more prints on simple A4 paper and it is acceptable. Its all about the quality and legible ridges.

It indeed has been one big bottleneck in the otherwise smooth PR process. But I am ok because I am not in a hurry to move.

All the best for your case though. I myself sent the other PCCs to CIC today.

Regards

Our FBI PCC reached CPC - Ottawa on 20th March 2015. We have 3 lines updated (Medicals received) in our Online Portal. Also we have submitted our RPRF receipts long time back. By when can we expect to get a PPR?

Yet to reach the US address that I have given. Hope it's not lost somewhere.

You don't need SSN/ITIN to get the FBI PCC. My wife didn't have one, we left that field blank and still got the PCC.

Thanks harismatic! +1 for your help.

Can anyone share the number to call FBI?
Thanks

Mine and my spouse's application was just opened and entered into the system by FBI today. Do you think on a safer side, we should send another set? My due date for submission of all PCC's was March 30 and had asked for extension but no reply yet from CIC. I am scared what will happen if either one of ours finger prints are rejected :(

When did your application reach FBI?
