Dear members today I received my medical request , I sent my VO all my document except the FBI PCC.
Did anyone received MR before sending the FBI PCC? Or there is any chance that they accepted my state PCC and asked for MR.
Note: I already provided PCCs from my home country, my resident country, from state of Illinois

I received my MR without sending them the FBI PCCs. Still haven't sent them the PCCs although I have them in hand. Have been asked to submit them by email (scanned) with the RPRF.

My VO didn't mention anything about when to send the FBI PCC after my deadline ended , I asked for extension and I have no idea when is my new deadline? But I sent them the state PCC and I told them that I stayed only in Illinois, they didn't respond about my new dead line neither accepting or refusing the state PCC.

I have received the FBI PCC today, here is my timeline

Nov 13 - Reached FBI
Feb 25: Completed search.
Feb 27: Sent from US
Mar 10: Delivered to my address (India)

Which faze is "handling"?

Handling in this case is processing. Sunday I received an e-mail from liaison saying my application is in the system (app reached FBI on Dec 16), so I believe they are opening envelopes received Dec 16 on.

My report was mailed to my address in canada on March 4th.
Application received nov 17,2014
Credit card charged on Feb 10
