thanks a lot for the reply.. I kept on asking this in this forum.. :)

Yeah I sent the PCC with my application I guess that was a requirement (now im not sure) . the only problem is my pcc issue date is from last year august. Hence it was within the time frame while sending the application but now if VO officer wants a new one I have to apply again. thats why i am worried ..

Sorry ll14 as bakshivishal mentioned, either you submit a PCC that is no more than 3 months old at application time, or you submit a PCC that is issued after your application submission but no more than one year old. I think you have to get a new PCC.

One argument you could make was that you left the US after your PCC was issued. Sometimes the VO would accept this, othertimes they would not. It is up to them.

Is any one know from where to take fingerprints in Maharashtra? I called few agencies but they are expensive..asking for Rs4,500.000

canrushi

Please take the finger-printing seriously i.e. a bad fingerprint would get your application rejected. Also please get two to three fingerprints (esp. important when negotiating the price), because if you send just one and it is bad, you have to start over again.

i'm trying to fill the fingerprint card , could anybody tell me what i should write under( authority releasing agent number) !!!

Can I ask you one question.. from where did you ordered this cards?

I also had an older FBI PCC from July 26th 2013 and left USA in Sept end. I didn't submit this PCC with original application but did send it with RPRF/MR. They might accept that as well before I get my latest FBI PCC.
