Will CIC accept an application without FBI PCC if I upload Tracking receipt? If Yes, how would I upload the FBI PCC later when I get it. Do CIC ask for it or we should send them once we get that?
Thank youCIC ask you to upload it but if you get your PCC before they ask you, you can upload it with a CSE form on the CIC web page
I submit my documents without the PCC and they haven't asked me for it yet but I'm also still waiting for it

Can you recommend any forum for ppl who submitted their ITA and waiting for next updates. After we all received the PCC and submitted that will be our next gate. I have submitted my ITA and received AOR and waiting for the next step. So like to stay connected with ppl in the same boat.
Thank you my friend!
I have received my wife's PCC today...But waiting for mine...I have exactly same dates and waiting for PCC....Let me know once you receive
I would submit PCCs of each state that you lived in for 6 months or more and upload. At least it still covers the locations indicated in your address history. I think USA should allow this method as a substitution for Fbi pccs with bad fingerprints or just taking longer than usual.Hi everyone.
Is it really possible to get a longer extention?
For those that got a second extention, please help. I received my ITA 31 May 2017 and sent my fingerprints to the FBI on 3 June. I then submitted my PR application with the proofs and LOE on 2 August. I have passed medicals but as I am PNP didnt start background check as yet so no ADR at this stage. My prints were rejected
Having new ones taken today.
Should I a) raise a CSE with the rejection and new proof or b) wait for ADR?
I dont understand what you mean. Ofcourse I sent my country's PCC but my USA pcc fingerprints were rejected due to low quality. I have already submitted my PR application with a Letter of Explanation but now cant send them the USA PCC as i have to resubmit to FBI..I would submit PCCs of each state that you lived in for 6 months or more and upload. No what I'm saying is that you can also request pcc at the state level as well in the interest of time. For example, if your fingerprints were bad, in the loe, include the rejection letter, along with pccs from the state(s) you have lived in. FBI is federal pcc. Also, include a copy of the new fingerprint submission. In this way, it shows you were diligent to the officer. They may even tell you that you don't need to submit a new pcc if you included all of your state pccs. That's just an alternative only IF your prints have been rejected.I dont understand what you mean. Ofcourse I sent my country's PCC but my USA pcc fingerprints were rejected due to low quality.
