Below is the timeline

Delivered to FBI : 13-FEB-2017
Credit Card Charged : 24-March-2017
Report Received by Me: 03-APR-2017

Yeeeaaah! Mine was delivered on 22nd Feb, so I should expect CC to be charged today!

They are delaying the process.

Guys, I scanned my FBI PCC. Just wanted to confirm that color or bw settings doesn't matter for scanning as it is black and white anyways. I scanned in color, but I still see it as black and what. I understand that it would be so, just wanted to confirm.

I dont think it depends on color and black and white. There is a file number printed on your report. They might refer to that File number to pull the info if needed. Other than that anything on this planet can be morphed. I did not pay attention to that.
