I know the feeling ....have gone through. But when they ask for document no substitute will work. Apply without wasting a single day.
It's cruel but that's how it is
Good luck

Exemption on what basis? If your sons are not older than 18 a PCC is not required.

It takes 30 - 40 days to reach Indian address and they DO NOT provide any tracking details for the mail...

Advice you to use a delivery address in the US.. it reaches there in 5 working days..

Hi, i received the report in about 15 days on an Indian address, not sure why it took 30-40 days for some people.

Also, to those of you who want to use an US address for delivery, but do not have friends/family in the US to help you, I suggest using a mail forwarding service such as Traveling Mailbox:
https://travelingmailbox.com

What this particular service does is that it will give you a US address. Then it will open and scan your mail into a PDF and send it to you immediately. You can also request that they later forward the original letter to your home address.

I am using this for my FBI report. My FBI request has not been processed, so right now I cannot comment on how good this service is. But it sounds like a good solution for those who need it. I'll give an updated review after I receive my report.

Also note that they have different address options, including North Carolina, which is right next to West Virginia (shorter postal delays).

Thanks for the reply @moonpat83. Your delivery address was in which city/state ?

It is first class mail (I believe USPS). Therefore, there will be no way to track.
