Nebody of 20th feb timeline got any update frm FBI ???

I received request for Medicaid and police clearance today 14th July.
I am asked to provide PCC for Kuwait ( I currently live here), Australia ( I lived here for 7 yrs) and India ( I
Have never lived in India)

I have an Indian passport ( Non resisdential Indian) , never lived there for more than 6 months but they mentioned for a PCC from India. Should I just just write a letter stating I never lived there for 6 month

I already have my PCC for Kuwait and Australia but not for India since I never lived there. What should I do ??

Will be grateful for guidance

Ya write a email to the concerned VO stating this ..and sent rest of the PCC through hard mail.
i believe they will process ur case and even then if you need an indian PCC just get it from the Indian Consulate it would hardly take a week..

Writing a cover letter explaining the situation is what I'd do as I submit the other docs.

You can write asking them to waive due to non stay of 6+ months in India.
Not sure if there is an implied rule to provide pcc for the country of passport we have/held. You can also consider applying for pcc to the Indian consulate at your country which will come in 2 weeks. May be if it takes too long (more than 2-3 weeks) then you can consider above option.

Depending on your time and effort you need to put in and when you planned to land, you can decide.

I don't think Indian consulate in Kuwait issues PCC and India only provides PCC if you have lived there for 6. Months. I'll double check with the Indian embassy in Kuwait just to reconfirm otherwise looks like I'll just write a letter.

Hi, Will the visa office request for PCC if i do not send the pcc with my application to CIO?
For US based applicants, is the processing done by CPC-Ottawa? So will this center ask me for PCC?
if i submit my application to CIO this month, will it take 3-4 months or 6 months for PCC request as i just sent request to fbi for pcc this week?
Please provide your ideas and estimates.

I have thought of taking the Fingerprinting form on a 100 GSM A4 size paper.
Will that be thin or it should do ?

The paper is not like smooth but a regular Xerox type paper.
