Hi guys
My EE profile got denied in May 2017 after receiving the ITA and submitting the profile. I applied again and was fortunate enough to get another ITA. Now, I have all the documents from my last submission, I live in US and FBI PCC was issued in Feb 2017, I got the PCC from Indian Consulate, San Francisco dated January 25, 17. Would these PCC's be still valid or do I need to get new ones?

Thanks

FBI PCC is valid for 6mo (considering you are still in the US). So I would say you must submit eAPR before Aug.
Your Indian PCC is valid for 1 year (assuming you haven't go back to India since then, not even one day), so it's good to go.

Ok, thanks for the quick response. Would 6 month duration hold true for the medical exam too ( and I can create a separate thread for this if I am flouting any forum rules here). My medical exam got submitted in Feb 2017, wife was pregnant so X-Ray was pending but then the application got denied. Do we need to get new medical records too?

Thanks again

PCC in your country of residence is valid for 6 months. All other countries which you have visited and as long as PCC is dated after date of last departure are valid indefinitely.

Sorry, but why was your application refused as incomplete?
