Hi Friends,

My FBI PCC was sent twice from USA TO INIDA via USPS , but none of them have reached India yet.

The first one was sent 58 days back and another was sent 40 days back.

What should I do ?

FBI is not even issuing a new copy now.

Thanks,

You could have used a US address for the second time . Find a US address of anyone, you or your relatives know , and ask FBI to sent one more copy to that address.

If they are not agreeing there is no other option other than applying for a new report .

If you only stayed in the US for less than six months, you could consider submitting an LOE explicitly listing your dates along with proof of the length of your stay i.e. entry and exit stamps.

Good luck.

I had 3 visits to USA. All less than 6 months. I will send a LOE . I will also apply to FBI but it will never reach in 30 days deadline.
But I don't know how to go about both.
Can u plz guide me about how additional document is submitted. They said submit it at ur my CIC. I don't see it anywhere.
And also I m not aware of the process to apply FBI. Plz guide for both

All together you have more than 1 year living in usa, even though cic specifically mentioned " continuous stay for more than 6 months " they used ask for fbi pcc from applicants who stayed more more than 6 months in different years . Many members tried to justify their part with explanation letter and prrof of landing and departure , but in my knowledge they all failed to convince cic about this . If they ask the document there is no other go... You can take finger prints. Your own ( if you want) . When you take fingerprint make sure to take completely rolled prints instead of normal Indian fingerprint taking menthod ( flat prints ). I don't know the place where you can take it in India , but definitely police department can help you in this ....

There is a YouTube video which can help you ,

Sen it by courier instead of postal service..

Hi,

I applied for FBI PCC without SSN and got it. It's optional as per my information. However, you can double check with other members if you want. All the best!
