FBI PCC - LOE

Hi Friends,

I have received original PCC from FBI which is in black and white. As per IRCC, they have mentioned it has to be color scanned.

So should I provide any LOE stating that I received original PCC in black and white ?

No, they know that FBI issues black and white statements

Don't worry, I literally scanned the black & white doc I received in the mail (a couple of weeks after the PDF was ready).
No need for LoEs.
