fbi pcc fingerprint rejected and ita date coming up

Hi guys,
I have an ITA and the last day is this saturday to submit documents. I just got a reject for second time for my wife's finger print for FBI. So more or less i wot be able to submit fbi pcc for US. Is it possible to submit documents with proof of sending request for police certificate in US ?

Yes, submit the proof that you applied for the PCC and the fingerprints got rejected. Explain this and attach the proof in the FBI PCC Placeholder for your spouse. If everything goes well, you might get more time to submit the PCC.

Do you think it makes more sense to decline ? My crs is 446 and last week's cut off was 440. So most likely i will get in the draw on 22nd. If i submit with LOE they may or may not and on top of that only give 30 days

yes decline it and reenter once you get the PCC. it only takes a week to get pcc from fbi. submitting incomplete docs and asking them for time might place your applcation on a back burner and might delay it.

How do i remove myself from the pool after declining?

let the current ITA expire, you will no longer be in the pool and need to recreate your profile to enter the pool again.
OR you can keep declining ITA's till you get the pcc and reenter the pool.
