FBI PCC - document confirmation

Can anybody plz confrim that these are th eonly documents one needs to send for FBI PCC -

1. Either credit card form or demand draft of $18
2. Fingerprints on FBI card
3. completed application form

Did you guys use any agency or did fingerprint yourself?
If we do ourselves, how do we get the fingerprinting card?

I got done from police station, but you can download the cards from FBI website and do yourself, just make sure to use thick paper for printing. I heard FBI sends cards as well at times, but dont know how, I never got any.

how did you approach police station? Do they provide this facility for all citizens? Which city did you do?

I bought the cards from Amazon, for $4.60 for 5 cards. Search for fd-258

Contact your local police station from your town. Look up their phone number online, don't call 911. They will provide you with information to get the fingerprinting done. Mine asked me to bring the cards myself.

8-10 weeks.

If it is not completed within before 90 days of your ITA, send your application with a proof that you have applied for FBI PCC.

If you have been in US for more than 6 months in total, even on different visas, you need a PCC.

You do not need demand draft, you need either a credit card or money order.

You have to download the form and fill it yourself. For fingerprints, you can go to your local PD or Sheriff's office and they will help you. Call them and ask about it first though.
