FBI PCC current processing timeline

Can someone tell me how much it is taking currently for FBI PCC from sending finger prints to receiving certificate in mail?

I sent on March 22, 2016, and received August 28, 2016. Credit card was charged about 2 weeks earlier.

Hello everyone,

I sent mine on October 19th. Not expecting my FBI PCC anytime soon though.
But, I wonder why everyone sends their FBI PCC form with Credit Card info? I mean, money order is also an option.

Never read/seen anyone having sent a money order of USD 18 along with FBI PCC form and finger prints cards.
