HI guys im from Peru, i visited many times USA, so i need to get my Identity History Summary Request (FBI),
Can i take my fingerprints by myself? Or should i go to police station? In peru there is no official Technician who take fingerprints
what should i write in the standard fingerprint form (FD-258) IN THIS QUESTIONS
- RESIDENCE OF PERSON FINGERPRINTED ( MY FULL ADDRESS)
- EMPLOYER AND ADDRESS
-REASON OF FINGERPRINTED

It's better to go to a police station or get a professional to do the fingerprints. If the fingerprints are wrong they will send it back and you'll have lost about a good 3 months of time, so better to get it right the first time.
