FBI IdHSC Police Clearance Report Delayed Beyond ITA Expiration

Hi Everyone,

I am an applicant for EE FSW program. So, I had everything in order except my US FBI PCC, and it was the last day of my ITA expiration so I submitted my application and uploaded everything including the PCC file with receipt from courier, delivery report and email correspondences with FBI IdHSC department and mentioned in the LoE that as soon as I get it I would upload it through CSE. And on the last day I also sent another email to the FBI Identity Summary Check Department to inquire about the status of my application. Just now I received a response from FBI that my PCC application has been processed and would be mailed to me tomorrow. I also got credit card payment alert for the same.

Q1. So, my question is should I send that email response and credit card payment proof through CSE to show progress on that front or wait till I get the actual report in hand?

Q2. Secondly, how do I use the CSE? I am confused about the options in the drop down menu, which option to select and proceed? The only thing missing from my application is the US PCC and I want to upload documents in it's support.

1. There is no point in doing so. Just wait until you get the FBI PCC, then raise a CSE.
2. Choose 'Yes' and 'No' for the first two question in the first page and hit 'Go to Web Form'. In the next page, choose PR (Applied Online)' for the first two questions and that is it. Fill out other fields with your details. Then, hit 'Next' to upload the PCC.
