Hi guys,
I am new to this forum.
I received a letter from the FBI explaining that my fingerprints were not taken properly. My ITA (received ITA late April) will expire in few days. I am deciding on what to do:
1- Submit the application with a letter of explanation and with a proof of other cards sent to the FBI (will be sent this week)
- My fingerprint card will take more than 60 days to arrive, will cic be ok with that or will they reject the application. If so will they refund the fee? Will this save time in processing my cic application or is it just a way not to lose the ITA (my score is higher than 470)
2- Decline the invitation and wait few weeks before submitting my cic profile again.
- In this case, would declining an ITA have any effect on future applications?
Thank you for the advice!
