FBI fingerprints from Lahore for US PCC

Hey guys!

Has anyone done FBI fingerprinting from Lahore? Can I do it all by myself ie taking my fingerprints and send it to FBI or is it recommended to do it through some special agency or place in Lahore? Also, how long does it takes to get it done ie getting the PCC. Please share your experience if you have gone through the process.
