Your local law enforcement agencies may take your fingerprints for a fee. Also, some printing companies offer this service; search online "finger printing agency for FBI in your area.

I am not sure where you are located...but I did mine from L1 Identity solutions in Mississauga, ON. you can check their website..they have several locations in GTA...Just to let you know..I got the FBI clearance in 4 weeks...so looks like its pretty fast now.

I am not sure what part of the States you are on but most Local Police Departments are willing to fingerprint you for a minimal fee.
My local police department in Central Indiana did it for free. However please try to call ahead and schedule a convenient time for them, if your local PD does provide this service otherwise you'll be doing a lot more running around !
