Mailed on 12th Nov 2009, FBI recd it on Nov 23rd 2009. 12th week of processing and from what i hear, my application is still waiting to be processed. Wait till the end of 10 weeks and then start calling them and e-mailing them.

As of today it is taking 12 weeks atleast for processing.

There is this one guy who received FBI report 4 days ago, And he sent his documents on Dec 18, 2009. So there are some folks who are getting with in 6-7 weeks.

I got this information from other forum, the one which starts with H1-Alberta PNP-nominations NOV'09 and later+PCC, FBI.......

I applied for myself and my wife on Dec 4 2009
Yesterday Feb 9 2010 FBI has charged my card for $36.......

When i mailed out the application in Mid nov the website said 8 weeks. My application is still in process. 13th week up n running ???

Allow 8-10 weeks for processing, upon receipt to the FBI.

Folks applied during first week of December have started receiving (including me) ..

Probably, you should talk to those folks and possibly escalate ..

Hi,

It is actually taking 14 to 16 weeks time to receive a reply from FBI. I will suggest a person who is applying for Canada Immigration should send there fingerprint for PCC to FBI as soon as he get the application number.

It's taking at least 8 months to get the nomination after someone has received the file number. Do the math.

Our processing time was updated due to the workload we have at the present time. The normal processing time for a request is approximately 10 weeks from the date we receive it. Some of these are taking over the 10weeks and the processing unit is aware of this and they are top priority. We do receive thousands of requests every day, with several thousand of those requesting the information to be expedited which we can not do.
