FBI current Processing Times -- All you need to know..

That's consistent with my results from NBCI (another channeler).

Try this http://www.jkconsultancy.in/. Today I sent my fingerprints to FBI but I am worried about fingerprint rejection as FBI is very particular about it and want very clear fingerprints
 
I called today and they are opeing mail the received on 2/24 and processing mail received on 2/18.
They received my mail on April 10th so they probably wont get to mine until Mid July.
I know in previous threads people have said its ok to submit proof that you have mailed in your Request for a background check from the FBI to the CIC and they will wait.
Does this still apply under the Express Entry 60 day deadline? My dealine to sumbit my application is May 26th.
Or will I be rejected because I am missing this and will have to wait to me invited again?
On their website they said no extensions will be granted.
 
Any update on this? Has anyone submitted application without PCC? What is the process then?

Yes. We got our background check from a channeler (which is not accepted, but at least it's something), and attached the report and a letter of explanation.
 
Just call them and see what date they are processing. At least this will give you a better idea how long it may take for you to receive it.
 
Anyone who sent only letter of explanation ONLY first and then later sent the actual FBI report. Please let me know if that worked?

I have seen people do that. It usually works if you give them more details such as proof of delivery to FBI, confirmation on CC charged etc.

I did that. I put an explanation letter to my application. CIC acknowledged my letter and allowed me to upload PCC later..

My credit card was swiped almost a week ago and the transaction failed ( it was my brother's and he forgot to inform me immediately). Should i send another application form with a covering letter explaining my case along with new CC details ?
I think CC swipe means the fingerprints were processed and FBI wanted to send the results, hence getting the payment first.
Please help if anyone knows. My SINP expires next month and i am waiting for FBI PCC only.

CC swiped means your package was opened. Processing will be done only after payment is done. Call FBI and also send a payment form again with a credit card that actually works.

FBI might send you a letter in your mailing address stating the failure . You will have the option to sent them the new payment form as scanned image . If you dont get it you will have to sent a new application with a working card or USD Demand draft( safe One).

Better to sent a new app package now
