FBI Clearance with state police clearance.

Hello Everyone,

I want to ask something. I applied last December for my FBI clearance certificate and still waiting for it. This is for inland spouse sponsorship. I would like to ask if i have to apply for state police clearance as well? im confused and were just about to file our inland application.

No, you do not need a state level PCC.

If CIC decides that the need one, they will request one from you.
