Hello all!
I recently received correspondence from Canadian Immigration with regards to getting an FBI clearance check. My fingerprints have been processed by the FBI and I received the confirmation and clearance letter in my email as a PDF. When I submit the letter to CIC, will a printed version of the emailed PDF be acceptable? Or do I need to receive a physical letter from the FBI to send for my permanent residency application? I read that the FBI letter needs to be an "original" not a photocopy, and I am confused at whether or not the email would still be considered "original".
Thanks in advance!
