FBI check

Does anyone know how much it take to get the FBI finger check done. I have applied on 7th April , CC charged on May 12th but still have not got the certificate.

Also is their any phone number to check the status or request.

FBI received my request on March 20th and I received it in Apr 25, 35 to 45 days seems to be the trend nowadays, try giving them a call as well, I called them and they were able to tell me when the certificate was shipped to me and that gave me an idea as of when to wait for it, check this link I might give you a better idea as far as processing times http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t193176.0.html

I got mine two weeks after my credit card was charged.

Fedex delivered my finger print on 4th April, and FBI clearance letter was delivered at my friends place in Canada on May 10th. you can email & call them.
