Hello,
I am looking at sponsoring my spouse who is a US citizen and also has 2 dependent children that will need to be listed on the application (the children are staying in the US and not moving with us). We have been together for 1.5 years and are recently married. Looking at the application process, obtaining the FBI clearance is very lengthy. I was wondering if it is possible to send the whole application without the FBI clearance and medical examination and send those in at a later date? Or should we simply wait an extra 4-5 months to get the whole application package completed and submit it all at the same time? Looking to do whichever route would be the fastest for him to get permanent residency in Canada...
