FBI certificate, who has done it?

Hey guys, I have a doubt regarding the card where my fingerprints will be placed (FD-258:http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/criminal-history-summary-checks/standard-fingerprint-form-fd-258)

Can I print it in a regular A4 size sheet of paper? or does it have to be on a special kind of paper?

You can, although most reputable places will have cards on hand already.

My husband went to the police station with a printout, but they used the fingerprint stock they already had. He got two copies of the fingerprints just in case something went wrong with the first FBI request.

I just used regular A4 paper i printed took it to the RCMP (Canadian Police). They did it and it was fine.

I did the same as opmama. Went with a printout and they did what they had when I went to the police station in Hamilton, Ontario.

I just used regular printing paper and went to my local police station. They cut it to size and did my fingerprints on that. I didn't have any trouble with them from the FBI.
