FBI BACKGROUND CHECK NOT HERE PLZ HELP ASAP

So i sent out my background check over 4 months ago..they still havent charged my card which means they havent even looked at it yet. Well cic wrote me and said i only have till Dec 28th (only 30 days from the time they told me) to send it to them. Everyone I have seen have gotten 90 days to send it in..idk why they only gave me 30. But anyways I wrote a letter explaining why I need more time to send it and i sent it online in place of the background check form......and now i cant send my actual background check in online when I get it..because i sent the letter instead...So i wrote another letter to them on the IRCC webform. I keep getting only automated responses. I have no idea if they got my letters at all or if they will even look at them.
I only have 27 more days to send my background check or to hear from them to extend my time. Please help me. What can I do.

*I am gonna write another letter and mail it out instead this time on monday but where do I send it to and what do i put on it so that they will get to it fast (they need to see it asap).
*Also how can I send my background check when I get it since I screwed up sending it online now (since i sent a letter instead in its place) and where do i send it and what do i put on it so that they can get to it fast



IM SO SCREWED...I NEED HELP ASAP
If they dont give me time or get my letters this will ruin everything.

Here is my story for you.
So I was in kinda similar situation with you, not that similar but a lot of frustration,too, so I ordered my FBI check in advance and I did get my FBI check before CIC asked me to submit it. The problem was CIC sent all the request emails (SA, PCC and medical request) to our representatives in August, and our representative did not tell us a single word about it, until we called CIC by ourselves in the end of October. At that moment, all the request email has been missed deadline for almost 2 months and half without informing CIC anything about it. We are so frustrated and worried that we gonna get denied for handing in PCC and medical so late. We sent everything in the beginning of November and wrote a letter to CIC to explain the reasons for all the missing deadlines. Thank God they still processed the application without any troubles.

Here is my suggestion for you,
#1 you can try to mail the explanation letter to the mailing address for PCC, it is supposed to be on the PCC request email.
#2 When you get your FBI background check, mail it to the same mailing address in the PCC request mail, I did the same mistake you did, too. In the online account, I only uploaded my FBI background check and forgot to upload another one, so I mailed another to CIC, and it went all good for me.

CIC will understand applicants in USA who may need extension for FBI, they will not refuse you because of it. Hope my answer could help a bit and Good Luck with it!
