Hello, I am just wondering I understand that they are good for 3 months, so say they are going to expire April 30th, if they are postmarked april 30th, are they going to still be good? Or do they need to be opened and reviewed and physically received by someone April 30th?

Thanks so much for your help

Hi

PCCs don't expire after 3 months.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp

For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.

For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.

Thank you so much for your answer oh my goodness that is so helpful! I was told it expires in 3 months and an immigration lawyer website said the same thing, and I was so worried because I hadn't heard of that before a couple days ago. Then I couldn't find anything on the cic website to prove otherwise. Thank you SO SO much!
