it is very hard to get a job without being in Canada and having immigrant status. even then it is very hard still.
You will have to have discovered insulin or the atomic bomb to get hired from overseas, or you would have to bribe someone and be involved in immigration fraud to get a job offer and immigrate to Canada but then you actually don't have a job and you lose all that fraud money.
or you will need to be an Indian or Chinese IT professional.

For the other stuff, I dont think so, because if you did discover those things you'd be over-qualified for the job and wont be selected therefore you have to down play all your qualifications and start as a Janitor or working at McDonalds. This way you'll have Canadian experience and then work your way up
