Father's Wrong name in passport

In my all academic certificates my father's name is " md adbul karim " but in my passport only " adbul karim "?? will it problem to get canada study permit? as i can't change name due to gov new rules??

No, there won't be any problem. Canada will look only passport for your identification purposes

I had similar situation and I didn't need affidavit.

Basically, there won't be any problem in your visa or permit or anything. Only problem will arise when you will sponsor your parents in future. That's why before applying for my pr, I corrected my passport. So you can relax and when you arrive to Canada, you can do correction on your passport (Process is surprisingly very easy and quick - they are not even looking at affidavit - Indians you know!)

And currently our passport head officer stoped name correction facility. We cannot do this until changed the system.
