Father's Visitor VISA rejected due to Travel History

Hi,

My friend applied for his father's visitor visa and it got rejected for "Travel History".

Here's his details:
He is a PR in Canada.
His father's age: 73, Retired Govt Employee and drawing Pension currently.


Documents provided:
1. Proof of Income - employment letter, salary slip
2. Bank Statement
3. NoA
4. His father's bank statement
5. Invitation Letter

He stated the purpose of visit as "Vacation" and mentioned his stay period as 3 months.

Please help to understand the rejection reason and how to re-apply with better prospect.

He should request a 2-3 week trip. Three months is too long for someone with no or little travel history. Does his father own any property or other assets in his home country he can show as proof of ties?

He is thinking of applying with the following additional details:

1. Change of travel plan to 2-3 weeks.
2. Provide his father's property details, Pension proof --- To prove his ties back in home country.

He is unsure whether to provide a travel itinerary or booked flight ticket. Let me know.

Yes - these are good changes to make.

I would not buy a flight ticket until you know if the visa is approved. Itinerary is fine.

How to show the current price of property? My father has property worth Rs 1 crore as of today. but the Property paper are old and matter written in Hindi. It shows purchased price at the time of 90's. How to explain current price of asset in application?
Can someone help?
