I have got ITA for OINP and for funds I am getting a gift deed from my father and also adding an affidavit and a self declaration from him. The issue is that my father uses his middle name i.e. Kumar only in all his bank accounts and my all documents have only his first and last name i.e. S*****V Sharma and all his bank accounts have his name as S*****V Kumar. I need to show the transaction details from his account to may account along with the cheque he will give me for the funds but this chequ also have his name as S*****V Kumar and not S*****V Sharma.
Please guide if this will create any trouble and if yes what is the solution for this. Shall I get an affidavit stating that S*****V Sharma and S*****V Kumar and S*****V Kumar Sharma are all same person
