Hi,
My dad was born in Quebec in 1914 and became a naturalized US Citizen back in 1923.
I understand that since the new laws went into affect from 2009 and 2015, it seems that I am too a Canadian citizen.
I am filling out the application for proof of citizenship, but do not believe my father actual had a birth certificate, just basically a baptism certificate. That being the case, how else can I prove that my father was born in Canada?
Anyone out there have experience with this situation?
Thanks so much
