Father Super Visa

I am a PR and living here with my dependent child from the last five years. My wife and other dependent child are residing in their home country from the last ten years. They are PR but never came to Canada in the last ten years. I want to apply for super visa for my father, please let me know:

1. My family size would be 2+1 or 4+1 for income LICO purpose?
2. Does my father needs to fill out Statutory Declaration of common law Union - IMM5409E form?

Please confirm.

Few questions.

It is income before tax or after tax?
can I add income of my son?
likewise, my wife is not living here with me and she is earning back home, can I add her income also?
Dependent child of under 22 years age or under 19 (in case of Ontario) for LICO purpose.
Is it possible that I apply for visitor visa (not super visa) and they issue 10 years visa. I have heard that people get visas with this much validity when they applied for visitor visa.

Please clarify.

Before tax income.

No - you cannot add your son's income.

No - you cannot add your wife's income since she is not living in Canada and earning this income here.

Under 22 - provided they aren't married or have a common law partner.

If you wife and child are PR bur never lived in Canada They have lost their residency status. They can relinquish their PR status
