Father Place of birth

Hello,

i'm applying as a spouse. On form 5606 they're asking for father date of birth and place of birth. While applying for UK visa few years ago I wrote Faisalabad as his place of birth but after few years of me applying my father came to know that he was born in Lahore and not Faisalabad and corrected that information on his ID card and Passport that he was born in Lahore not Faisalabad. Shall I write the same old place of birth which I wrote on UK visa form or his real place of birth(Lahore) which he got corrected last year?

shall i send his old and new passport copies as well for proof that it was faisalabad on old passport and lahore on new passport?

Because he lived early years of his life in Faislabad so he thought that he was born over there but then came to know that he was born in Lahore.
