Father doesnt want to sign consent to travel PLS HELP!

Im about to apply for my PR and OP, my problem is ... My ex doesnt want to sign the consent for travel for my child, what is the best way to do? Anybody who has the same situation before??? Pls help me.

Hello ! I recently went through the process and just finished and received my CoPR. Yay ! Anyhow, I have 2 children from a previous relationship and I was able to get him to sign. However, I also have full custody of the children. I don;t need his consent for passports anymore which is also a huge pain if they don;t sign. As far as I understand, you need him to sign the form. Hopefully someone here has a better answer for your situation. Ive been there :[ I wish you luck !

You are going to need his permission. You can't just pick up your kids and potentially leave the country forever. This is not an immigration issue.

You're from the Philippines, right? So is my partner. His ex always refuses to sign things too, out of a vengeful nature, and also with the motive to get money. I would suggest offering him money, or an agreement promising him some kind of visitation in the summer.

Also, in the Philippines doesn't full custody default to the mother? Maybe this could help you in some way.
