Father as deependent children representative cant use new ircc portal

Hi,
When trying to create an account in the new ircc porrtal to apply for visitor visa for my children I found this:

The IRCC Portal – New version is in development
We're still developing, improving and expanding what is available in this account.

Who can use this account
You may be able to use the IRCC Portal – New version if you meet all of the following requirements:

1. You’re applying online for a visitor visa or super visa.
2. You’re 18 years of age or older.
3. You have never applied for anything with us before.
4. You’re applying alone.
5. You aren’t using a representative (including family or friends applying for you).

So per condition 5 I cant use the new ircc portal, am I missing someething here?

Than you very much the video explain every thing , I was confused because other than the gckey, there is two portals the old one and the new one.
