Father Accident case

Hello Everyone
My father use to had transport business and he also use to driving truck.One day he was driving his truck and two men's from the back hit in his truck.Got charged and case went to session court and we won the case because father don't have any fault, but police appeal the case again and the case is in the district court ,we went many time in the court but no one came from the police side.i want to apply now for Visitor visa.Please guyzzzz help with your suggestion.Its not a criminal case too...thanka

This is not a criminal case. You don't need to declare it anywhere for immigration purpose.

But he is got charged for rash driving which was not his fault at all.Motorcycle hit from the back of the truck.the case is still in court.its almost 14 year for the case out of which we won one time and the appeal which is made by police second time is almost 5 years ago.please help with your suggestion
