I wish to apply for Canadian Immigration as a Professional Telecom Engineer . I am a Pakistani National and working in Pakistan Please guide me for the following:

1. What is the fastest means of getting Canadian Immigration?
2 Which of the following way is more appropriate?;
(a) First get the Immigration and then start searching of Job in Canada?
(b) First get some relavent Job in Canada and then apply for Immigration during the Job in Canada?

Plus with a job in the right province, you could go the Provincial Nomination Process route
Wait for the new rules coming in the fall. If your profession is listed - Apply!
