could you search and provide me the embassy's number. coz they've clearly mentioned in an email to only call for passport submission queries.
Send them an inquiry on a web form and explain that you have been waiting well overdue the processing times and how it is affecting your Studies and travel. Make sure to check if the information you provide is accurate. As for number. You can check the website of the specific embassy that's processing your application and give them a call.

Did you send the webform and got the PPR after? I have sent lots of webforms and emails explaining my situation. These doesn’t really work for me

i sent them a few webforms and only get back a reply "i'm pleased to say that your application is being processed and covid had delayed the processing"
same old generic message since May 2020.

No, I haven't received my PPR yet. But I am assuming that it will be sent to me by the end of this month.

So far it's been 19 weeks and counting. Sent various web forms to no avail. I'm just going to wait until they remember to work on my file...
Did you receive your study permit?
