As my wife is pregnant, Can you tell me is there any way to faster my case processing.

My Status is IN PROCESS from 17th March. How long it will take to get Medial request??

There is no way to speed up the process.
You have to go through the same process as everybody else does.

Wait until your local visa office requested you to submit your passport. Beside, as Romford mentioned, you have not even done your medicals just yet.
