Fast Processing time (6 months) ?? Spousal Sponsorship - New Delhi, INDIA.

My File submitted in MAY 2016 and still waiting for passport request and visa.

There are people who are getting visa in 6-8 months.

I come across a person who applied in April 2016 and got the VISA in NOV 2016.

Is there anyone here who has any information on how much time it is taking now days for the processing ????
